Connection to others is what brings vibrancy to our lives. Unfortunately in our modern society, we are not always shown how to freely give love and be truly seen. Then when you add relational trauma to the mix, it makes it very difficult to navigate this uncharted territory.

As a dating and relationship coach in Asheville, NC or online, I want to help individuals untangle old stories that have held them back from fully embodying connection to others. Connection is our birthright, but most of us use coping skills that distance us from others.

I center my relationship coaching around attachment theory while applying techniques from a growth mindset and values matching goals.
