Depression

Depression can make even the simplest tasks feel exhausting, leaving you stuck in a cycle of
numbness, self-criticism, or hopelessness. In our work together, I’ll help you break free from
this cycle by offering both practical tools and deep emotional support. Using CBT (Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy), we’ll challenge negative thought patterns and develop actionable steps to
rebuild motivation and self-compassion. For deeper healing, I incorporate IFS (Internal Family
Systems) to help you connect with the wounded or burdened "parts" of yourself that may be
contributing to your depression, offering them kindness instead of judgment. Additionally,
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can help process past
experiences—such as trauma, loss, or unmet needs—that may be weighing you down.
Together, we’ll create a path forward that honors your pain while reigniting a sense of hope.
Healing from depression isn’t just about lifting the fog—it’s about uncovering the roots of your
emotional pain and creating meaningful change. Through IFS, you’ll learn to nurture the parts of
yourself that feel overwhelmed or abandoned, fostering inner harmony. EMDR can gently
release the emotional charge of past wounds, while CBT provides structure to reshape
unhelpful beliefs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique story.
Whether you’re struggling with isolation, low self-worth, or a loss of purpose, I’ll help you
reconnect with your strengths, rebuild joy, and cultivate a life that feels worth living again. You
don’t have to carry this weight alone.
