Anxiety

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. In our work together, I’ll
provide you with practical, evidence-based tools to calm your nervous system and regain
control. Using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), we’ll identify and reframe unhelpful thought
patterns, while mindfulness and grounding techniques can offer immediate relief in moments of
distress. For deeper healing, I incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing) to process past experiences that may be fueling your anxiety, as well as IFS
(Internal Family Systems) to help you understand and compassionately work with the different
"parts" of yourself that hold fear or worry. My goal is to equip you with both short-term
strategies and long-term insight.
True healing involves more than just managing symptoms—it’s about uncovering the roots of
your anxiety. Whether it’s unresolved trauma, unmet needs, or ingrained beliefs, we’ll explore
the underlying causes with curiosity and care. Through IFS, you’ll learn to build inner harmony,
while EMDR can gently release stuck emotions and memories. By blending these approaches,
we’ll not only reduce your anxiety but also help you cultivate deeper self-awareness, resilience,
and a sense of safety within yourself. You deserve to feel grounded, empowered, and free from
