What to Expect from Life Coaching
I believe loving compassion underpins all the best parts of life. That includes the work we do, building our coaching relationships and working through your personal challenges. Through compassion, we grow.
A life coach is more than just a shoulder to lean on. Together, we'll practice proven goal- and habit-setting techniques that will help you achieve more than you set out to. We'll also practice emotional regulation strategies like Mindfulness-Based Stressed Reduction (MBSR) formulated by award-winning psychologists.
We all make mistakes, and we'll continue to do so as long as we live. Together, we'll reframe past experiences into learning experiences and identify alternative ways to approach challenges. I strive to hold an open and completely non-judgmental space for my clients.
It can be reassuring knowing you don't have to go it alone. As your life coach, I seek to offer timely guidance and skills, helping you see the path forward more clearly. I understand the struggles of neurodivergent and independent thinkers, and appreciate their many talents.
