What to Expect

In this workshop I will provide a step by step process to creating your mindful & embodied dating life

Guided Exercies

These will be structured activities designed to help participants become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the context of dating. These exercises aim to build self-awareness, improve communication skills, and foster a more intentional and thoughtful approach to dating.

Meditation & Embodiment

Guided meditation and embodiment sessions can help participants center themselves and become more present. This practice can reduce dating anxiety and foster a clearer, more focused mindset. Guided visualizations can help participants imagine successful and mindful dating experiences, reinforcing positive outcomes and reducing stress or fear.

Reflection & Connection

Participants will write about their past dating experiences, identifying patterns or emotions that arise. This will help you understand your own dating habits and what they want from a relationship. Exercises will focus on identifying personal values and intentions in dating. Participants can discuss what they are looking for in a partner and how to align their dating practices with their core values.
