The Mindful Dating Support Group is 6 weeks and the next round will be beginning on June 13th We meet every Thursday 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm (EST)
This is a transformational experience with like-minded women helping each other on this path. This is a 6-week support group around mindful dating topics. The group will include meditation, writing prompts, peer-support, and a deep dive talk around the topic. Each week, I will provide skills practice in relation to the following week topic. The members who register for this event will be a part of the full six-week support group. Financial aid and scholarships are available.
What to Expect:

This is a virtual support group via zoom

The group will be a 6-week series. We will meet every Thursday at 3:30 pm

One 1:1 coaching session is available during series

Each week topics will build on top of the next. By the end, you will have created a design for your mindful dating life

There will be homework and self-discovery built within

There will be limited space (max 10)

By the end, you will have gained tangible resources and knowledge
Flow of the group:
3:00- 3:15 pm- Checkin
3:15 pm- 3:45 pm- Weekly Deep Dive
3:45 pm- 4:30 pm Sharing and Connecting
4:30 pm- 5:00 pm- Closing Circle
