The Mindful Dating Support Group is a 6-week series. The next round will begin soon!

This is a transformational experience with like-minded women helping each other on this path. This is a 6-week support group around mindful dating topics. The group will include meditation, writing prompts, peer-support, and a deep dive talk around the topic. Each week, I will provide skills practice in relation to the following week topic. The members who register for this event will be a part of the full six-week support group. Financial aid and scholarships are available.

What to Expect:

  • This group is for female-identifying indivduals 

  • This is a virtual support group via zoom

  • The group will be a 6-week series. We will meet every Thursday at 3:30 pm

  • One 1:1 coaching session is available during series

  • Each week topics will build on top of the next. By the end, you will have created a design for your mindful dating life

  • There will be homework and self-discovery built within

  • There will be limited space (max 10)

  • By the end, you will have gained tangible resources and knowledge

Flow of the group:

3:30- 3:45 pm- Checkin

3:45 pm- 4:15 pm- Weekly Deep Dive

4:15 pm- 4:45 pm Sharing and Connecting

4:45 pm- 5:00 pm- Closing Circle

About Facilitator:
Amber Lavin is a relationship relationship coach located in Asheville, North Carolina. She has been where you are and has come out on the other side. She specializes in mindfulness in dating and relationships. Her approach utilizes multiple disciplines such as mindfulness, and attachment 
theory, and mind-body connection.
